The IRL4105FI is a linear low dropout voltage for load currents up to 400 mA.

It features a low dropout voltage of 200mV at 100mA load. An input voltage varying from 5 to 40 V is regulated to 5V with ±2% accuracy. A typical quiescent current is 38µA. IRL4501FI is designed to be used in automotive applications.

Extended input voltage up to 40 V makes the device capable to sustain a load dump transient characteristic of automotive systems.
